During the German Week organized by CDHAW at Tongji University and funded by the Sino-German Campus, Chinese and German students and faculty will gather for a captivating demonstration of traditional Wu-style Tai Chi. The event will feature classic routines such as Tai Chi Hand Form, Tai Chi Sword, and Push Hands, followed by an interactive session where participants can learn basic movements. Through firsthand experience, attendees will immerse themselves in the philosophical wisdom of overcoming hardness with softness and appreciate the profound depth of Chinese traditional culture. This cross-cultural dialogue, using the body as a medium, aims to deepen Sino-German friendship and foster mutual understanding between civilizations.
