The Sino-German Lecture Series on Entrepreneurship & Innovation is an online seminar. It is designed to introduce you to entrepreneurship and start-up culture. You will learn skills, such as what is a business idea? How can business ideas be developed into business models? What are the skills you need and what is an entrepreneurial mindset? Margarete Klapper-Nolda

Start-up Coach, Braunschweig Zukunft GmbH – Germany

Margarete Klapper-Nolda focuses on methods from practice for practice. She studied sociology, linguistics and music MA. and is a certified coach.

From 1999-2009 she worked as an international market researcher for well-known brands in various industries. From 2009-2019 she was a learning designer for sales and leadership topics for the brands of Volkswagen AG. As a train-the-trainer she taught methodological competence and personality development.  At the same time, she trained public service educators in intercultural communication. 

As a certified coach for start-up teams, her focus is on organizational and team development in uncertain situations and she teaches methods for developing a successful business model.
