The Sino-German Lecture Series on Entrepreneurship & Innovation is an online seminar. It is designed to introduce you to entrepreneurship and start-up culture. You will learn skills, such as what is a business idea? How can business ideas be developed into business models? What are the skills you need and what is an entrepreneurial mindset? To teach you about what it takes to create a successful start-up, we invited Chinese and German lecturers.

Margarete Klapper- Nol da focuses on methods from practice for practice. She studied sociology, linguistics and mu sic MA.  and is a certified coa ch.     

From 1999-2009 she worked as an international market researcher for well-known brands in various industries. From 2009-2019 she was a learning designer for sales and leadership topics for the brands of Volkswagen AG. As a train-the-trainer she taught methodological competence and personality development.  At the same time, she trained public service educators in intercultural communication.      

As a certified coach for start-up teams, her focus is on organizational and team development in uncertain situations and she teaches methods for developing a successful business model.
